Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Finely chop the onion, dill, parsley, and red bell pepper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with the ground meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried garlic. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Making Creamy Topping
  1. In a separate bowl, mash the hard-boiled eggs and mix them with grated cheese, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until you have a smooth and creamy topping.
Assembling the Rolls
  1. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 3 mm thick.
  2. Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic to create a garlic butter, then brush a layer over the puff pastry.
  3. Evenly layer the prepared meat filling over the brushed puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges. Spoon the creamy topping over the meat filling.
Rolling and Baking
  1. Carefully roll up the puff pastry from one end to the other.
  2. Cut the rolled pastry into even portions, about 5-7 cm (2-3 inches) wide.
  3. Place the cut pieces on a lined baking sheet, seam side down.
