  • 120 ml 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 30 g 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

  4. Gradually add the flour and a pinch of salt, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the top is deeply golden and the center jiggles slightly.
  2. Let the cheesecake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then remove it and place it on a wire rack to cool completely.
  3. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

Allowing the cheesecake to chill for several hours, or preferably overnight, helps enhance its flavors and texture. For variations, consider adding fruit puree or citrus zest for exciting flavors.
