  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1-2 cloves fresh garlic, minced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 2/3 cup breadcrumbs Can swap for crushed crackers or panko.
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (like cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite blend) Feel free to mix and match cheese.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. Toss the cauliflower florets in the egg mixture until fully coated.
  5. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and your chosen grated cheese.

Notes

You can prepare everything ahead of time and bake just before serving. For extra flavor, sauté some onions and add them to the breadcrumb mixture. Adjust cheese types based on your preference.
